A group walks away through Ormskirk, with a pale cape and a light hat catching the street lighting. Black and white photograph by Mark C Grant.
The long cape makes a broad, moving shape between dark coats. The turned head and light hat briefly connect the figures; the bench opens a gap beside them. The slight softness keeps the sense of walking.
Ormskirk, 30 October 2026. Mark remembers a quiet Friday before Halloween, with a few people already dressed for the occasion and a fresh covering of autumn leaves. Original camera rendering and complete frame retained.
