Birds over Ormskirk
← All photographs · Studio sequences · Photograph © Mark C Grant · Original catalogue entry ↗
A flock of birds curves across layered clouds above Ormskirk, forming branching lines against the November sky. Black and white photograph by Mark C Grant.
The small repeated marks of the flock give scale to the broad, soft areas of cloud.
Ormskirk, 2026-11-03. Autumn afternoon light in a market town. Original camera rendering and complete frame retained.
